HSRS Series - Horizontal Shock Response Spectrum Test System

HSRS series pneumatic shock response spectrum test machine used to characterize maximum product response. Often used to confirm product fragility limits, meet specifications, determine design margins, and packaging effectiveness. SRS testing has become a commonplace test in the aviation, aerospace, military-related research applications. SRS yields a ‘fingerprint’ of maximum product response to a base transient input.

The horizontal SRS (shock response spectrum) assumes that the shock pulse is applied as a half-sine input to an array of independent single-degree-of-freedom oscillators. The shock response spectrum gives the peak response of each system with respect to the resonances (natural frequency).

  • Repeatable, reliable, real-time data acquisition.

  • Combine with a horizontal SRS tester to get complete frequency analysis.

  • Table sizes up to 48” and payload capacity to 880lbs.

  • Custom tables and performance capabilities available to meet different testing requirements.

  • Worldwide service and support
