Package Test Equipment
Package test equipment is used to determine if the designed packaging system will survive the wide range of transport and handling environments. These environments range from air, truck, and railcar. Truck transport has vibration tests designed for different kinds of trucks, truck suspensions, location in the truck and many other variables.
Drop Testers - Single and Dual Column Solutions - 4” to 60+” drop height capability and 50lbs to over 2,200lb capacity.
Incline Impact Testers - Interchangeable Rails, Carriages and Backstops to build the right tester for you.

Compression Testers - Partnering with Hudson Instruments for all your compression tester and paper testing needs.
These pieces of equipment help many companies achieve the Amazon certification process. Amazon package certification saves time and money. A package that meets frustration-free standards doesn’t require additional preparation by Amazon. It also reduces the amount of packaging waste and ultimately is easier for the consumer to open.
Amazon’s goal is to have every package that passes through their system fall into one of three categories:
Tier 1 – Frustration-Free Packaging (FFP)
Tier 2 – Ships in its Own Container (SIOC)
Tier 3 – Prep-Free Packaging (PFP)
Beginning back on August 1, 2019, all packages 18” x 14” x 8” and larger as well as packages weighing more than 20 lbs. are required to be Amazon certified. Packages not certified will be assessed a chargeback per item.
