VAS I series pneumatic shock test machine are used to test product’s ability to withstand shock and destruction in actual use.

VAS I series table sizes range from 24” to 40”, capacities from 110 lbs. to 1320 lbs., and 150 g acceleration.

This simple-to-use design and controls allows easy operation and with optional data acquisition provides users with relevant test data to optimize product structure and strength.

● Dual purpose table for shock and bump test
VAS I shock testing equipment can perform both shock and bump tests. The switch between different test modes is controlled by computer software.
● High-cycle and high acceleration bump testing without extra foundation
VAS I shock test machine has high-performance collision function and the maximum free-fall height can be up to 600mm When the free-fall height is 60mm, the maximum collision frequency can reach 120 impacts/min. All TestSmart Equipment Shock Machines have a heavy steel base with heavy duty air springs and dampers to isolate the shock energy from the floor and no special foundation is required.
● Clean acceleration waveform with high repeatability
The bump test velocity can be minimized to 30m/s by VAS I system, much better than 50m/s of traditional systems.
